Michalis is our Pre-Construction Project Manager for solar PV sites, with over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector. He is responsible for evaluating project risks, commissioning studies and surveys, and guiding designs to meet legal and technical requirements.

With a background spanning wind and solar, he has held roles in development, engineering, and construction management. Since 2022, Michalis has been ensuring projects transition smoothly into construction.

Anastasios Katsaros leads our EPC Engineering team, overseeing the design and delivery of high quality engineering solutions across projects. He brings extensive expertise in engineering, procurement and construction to drive efficiency and innovation.

Anastasios ensures projects meet technical excellence, safety standards and operational performance goals. He is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge engineering practices to deliver sustainable and resilient energy infrastructure.

Konstantinos Nikolopoulos

Project Engineer
Design & Engineering

Konstantinos is our Project Engineer, based in Greece, supporting the delivery of utility scale renewable energy projects across the UK. With a strong background in electrical and civil engineering, he contributes to the planning, co-ordination, and execution of solar developments, ensuring projects meet the highest technical and quality standards.

Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Konstantinos plays an integral role in advancing Ethical Power’s mission to drive clean energy growth.

Fotini Nakou

Design Manager
Design & Engineering

Fotini is our EPC Design Manager, and she leads all design and engineering activities across a client portfolio of 170MWp solar PV farms, ensuring technical excellence from concept to construction. With over 15 years of experience in utility-scale solar design and a background in Electrical Engineering from NTUA, she specialises in delivering optimised, compliant, and constructible solutions.

Fotini coordinates multidisciplinary teams and oversees every technical aspect, from layout and electrical design to grid integration and quality assurance. Passionate about innovation and precision, she’s committed to driving efficient, high-performing renewable energy projects.
